We offer a complete property management service. This is available whether you buy a property from us, have an older property for reform or you have bought from another agent who cannot offer this service.
We include:
Drawing up the initial plans with you the owner, and then consulting with the technico at the local town hall to ensure that those plans conform with the regulations required.
Consulting with the relevant bodies about connection of services such as water and electricity (or alternatives)
Liaising with builders, plumbers, electricians etc to ensure they are on site at the appropriate times. This includes ordering materials as they are required.
Ensuring that the works are progressing within the agreed timescales.
Ensuring that bills for materials are paid, and receipts retained as proof of payment.
The keeping and sending of spreadsheets and photographs on a weekly basis so that you are informed of the progress of your project.
Please note: We do not ask for huge amounts of money in advance for these projects. As materials are ordered, or labour bills require payment, the money for that only is requested.
